GUWAHATI: Addressing a rally at Biswanath in poll-bound Assam, union defence minister Rajnath Singh said, “Terrorism, insurgency on decline in Assam, the state on path of progress.”
“BJP will seal unfenced stretch of India-Bangladesh border after returning to power in Assam,” he added.
Singh will address two other rallies in Gohpur and Dergaon today.
On the other hand, union home minister Amit Shah is also in the northeastern state to campaign for the upcoming assembly elections.
