Guwahati: Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president Ripun Bora and former minister Rockybul Hussain along with other Congress leaders were arrested from the Manabendra Sarma Complex in Dispur area of Guwahati while protesting against the Assam Police SI exam paper leak incident on Wednesday.
The main reason behind the protest was a high-level inquiry in the SI exam paper leak case. They were arrested while they took out a rally and were going to Assam Secretariat from the Manabendra Sarma Complex in Dispur, Guwahati.
