GUWAHATI: The Assam Government has released a fresh SOP — Standard Operating Procedure — declaring 7 districts as complete containment zones. The curfew restrictions have also been renewed in many districts.
Assam health minister Keshab Mahanta informed that 16 districts in Assam will have curfew restrictions from 2 PM to 5 AM.
The 16 districts of Assam with curfew restrictions from 2 PM to 5 AM are: Sivasagar, Dibrugarh, Kokrajhar, Barpeta, Nalbari, Baksa, Bajali, Karimganj, Kamrup, Darrang, Nagaon, Hojai, Tinsukia, Dhemaji, Cachar and Karbi Anglong.
