GUWAHATI: Guwahati recorded highest single day spike in COVID-19 cases on Wednesday. Total 924 cases were detected in the city in a single day.
On the other hand, 3,555 fresh positive cases were found out of the 47,744 tests conducted in Assam on Wednesday. With this, the positivity rate reached 7.44 per cent.
While Nagaon district counts for 236 cases, Dibrugarh and Baksa reported 213 and 200 Coronavirus cases respectively.
