Changlang (Arunachal Pradesh): Assam Rifles in a joint operation with the state police apprehended top United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA) (Independent) cadre with arms and ammunition on Sunday from Ngoitong village of Arunachal Pradesh’s Changlang district.
