GUWAHATI: Though National Testing Agency (NTA) notified earlier that it will conduct UGC NET 2020 examinations from September 16 onwards across the country, it is yet to release the admit cards.
The agency has not issued any official notification till now regarding the delay of releasing admit cards.
As per the information bulletin released by the agency, the downloading of admit cards indicating roll number, center, date, shift, and timing of examination, will commence about 15 days before the date of exam on the respective official websites. But the delay in the release of the admit card has kept the candidates guessing in many ways.
According to the earlier notification, the examinations would be conducted from September 16 to 18 and again from September 21 to 25, 2020. The test will comprise of two papers- Paper I and Paper II. Paper I will carry 100 marks question and Paper-II will carry 200 marks question.
