GUWAHATI: Amid growing Coronavirus concerns, Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh today. Minister Sarma met the doctors and professors of the medical college and deliberated on the preventive measures against Coronavirus outbreak.
Dr. Sarma expressed satisfaction over the arrangements taken by Assam Medical College and Hospital to prevent the spread of deadly disease.

He was accompanied by Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan, principal secretary to the health and family welfare department Samiran Sinha and the superintendent of the medical college.
