GUWAHATI: Assam minister and BJP candidate Siddhartha Bhattacharya is leading in the first round of counting for Guwahati East constituency.
According to the latest report, Bhaskar Sarma of BJP is taking the lead in Margherita. Second round of counting for Margherita has already been completed.
In Sipajhar, Paramananda Rajbongshi of BJP is also leading.
Meanwhile, Raijor Dal candidate, jailed activist Akhil Gogoi is leading in Sivasagar.
