GUWAHATI: To mark the completion of seven years of prime minister Narendra Modi-led government, Assam chief minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma took part Seva Hi Sangathan programme in Guwahati.
As a part of the programme, Sarma visited Maa Kamakhya Old Age Home run by Golaghat Mahila Nirman Got at Panjabari in Guwahati.
“Under #SevaHiSangathan program, interacted with inmates of this old age home, enquired their well-being and donated fruits, food items, masks and sanitizers. I have assured all help to the management in running the old age home smoothly during this difficult time,” said chief minister Sarma in a tweet.

The boarders of the old-age home also expressed happiness after meeting the chief minister.
