GUWAHATI: The Assam government is set to provide free scooties to 22 thousand meritorious girl students who had secured first division in the higher secondary final year examinations 2020 under the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). The scooties will be provided under the ‘Pragyan Bharati’ scheme.
The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has developed an online portal for collecting information on the choices of scooties. The students have to visit http://pragyanbharati.sebaonline.org/login.php to choice the variant of scooties—petrol or electric.
This portal will remain open till August 25. If any student does not mark her selection about the variant of the scooty within the time frame then her selection will be considered for petrol variant automatically.
