“The Union Minister is in the city to chair a dialogue ‘Jan Jan Ka Budget’ with trade and industry representatives, academicians, economists and policy experts,” tweeted Assam Finance Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the first Union Budget of the Modi Government 2.0 on 01 February, 2020 at Parliament House in New Delhi and unveiled a series of far-reaching reforms, aimed at energizing the Indian economy through a combination of short-term, medium-term, and long term measures calling it a ‘Jan Jan Ka Budget’.
