GUWAHATI: News Live family has lost one of its members on Monday. News Live’s Bokajan correspondent Rubul Dihingia has lost his battle against COVID-19 at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) in the morning. Rubul was 44.
Rubul had tested positive for COVID-19 on April 23. He was shifted to GMCH COVID ICU for the treatment.
He tested negative a couple of days ago following which he was shifted to the non-COVID ICU but passed away today morning due to post COVID complications.
Rubul passed away even after testing negative.
He left behind his wife and two sons.
News Live family has mourned the untimely demise of the journalist.
