GUWAHATI: Assam education minister Dr Ranoj Pegu on Thursday held meetings at Diphu to discuss educational issues in Karbi Anglong district.
In the first meeting, Dr Pegu met representatives of different organisations from Karbi Anglong. Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) chief executive member (CEM) Tuliram Ronghang and MP Horen Sing Bey were also present.
“Representatives of Karbi Sahitya Sabha, Karbi Students’ Association, Dimasa Students’ Association, Karbi Anglong Primary Teachers’ Associations, Karbi Anglong Govt. Aided Teachers & Employee Associations, Principals of Colleges in Karbi Anglong were present,” the minister added in a series of tweets.

Later, Dr Pegu attended another meeting with CEM Ronghang, MP Bey and others.
