GUWAHATI: The Manipur Government has decided to extend lockdown for another 15 days in view of the rising COVID-19 positive cases. Talking to media persons in Imphal, chief minister N. Biren Singh announced the decision of the government to extend lockdown from July 1 to 15.
“We have decided to extend the lockdown in Manipur for another 15 days from 1st-15th July,” said CM Singh to ANI.
According to a UNI report, the inter-district bus service will be allowed from July 1 maintaining the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and guidelines issued by the government.
No other public transport service will be allowed during this period.
