While KKR bought Iyer for INR 12.25 crore, RCB broke the bank for Harshal Patel, getting him back for INR 10.75 crore. At the start of the day, Punjab Kings were in business early, buying Shikhar Dhawan and Kagiso Rabada.
Kolkata Knight Riders bought back Pat Cummins. Rajasthan Royals picked Trent Boult and R Ashwin before Lucknow Super Giants bagged Quinton de Kock. Mohammed Shami and Faf du Plessis have gone to Gujarat Titans and RCB, respectively. David Warner is going to reunite with Delhi Capitals. RR also bought Devdutt Padikkal and Shimron Hetmyer, while Uthappa and Jason Roy were bagged for their base prices.
