IND-SL 1st T20I: Here’s when Kohli & Co. will arrive in Guwahati

GUWAHATI, Jan 2: After the Sri Lanka cricket team arrived in Guwahati today for the inaugural Jan 5 T20I match, the Indian squad is scheduled to arrive in the city tomorrow.

While Captain Virat Kohli and coach Ravi Shastri are expected to reach Guwahati from Mumbai at 3.35 p.m, most of the members of the Indian team are likely to touch down in the city in the morning.

Washington Sundar along with bowling coach B Arun, physiotherapist Nitin Patel and support staff Hari Prasad are scheduled to arrive in Guwahati  from Chennai at  8.10 a.m tomorrow.

Star speedstar Jasprit Bumrah is scheduled to land at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at 8.30 a.m tomorrow. He will travel from Ahmedabad.

While Sanju Samson is likely to reach the city at 8.40 a.m, Manish Pandey’s flight from Bengaluru is scheduled to land at LGBI airport at 9.55 a.m.

Meanwhile, Shivam Dube, Shreyas Iyer, Anand Subramanyam, Arun Kanade, Shardul Thakur will join the team after landing at the airport at 10.05 a.m. from Mumbai.

On the other hand, four other members of the Indian team Rishabh Pant, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal and Rajeev Kumar will touch down on the soil of Guwahati at 12.05 p.m.

Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan along with his teammate Navdeep Saini and Logistic Manager Rishikesh Upadhyaya are scheduled to reach Guwahati at 5.30 p.m.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will be the last to arrive at 7.50 p.m. He will be travelling from Mumbai.

Meanwhile, fans can get a sneak-peek of their favourite cricket stars when the Indian and the Lankan players start practice at Barsapara Stadium tomorrow.
