Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli maintained to top the ICC Test rankings among batsmen while Cheteshwar Pujara held on to the third place in the latest rankings. Kiwi skipper Kane Williamson is placed second.
Kohli edged out Williamson with 922 ratings to his name. The Kiwi batter has 897 points while Pujara was close behind with 881 points.
Incidentally no other Indian batsman figures in the top-10 list of the test rankings.
In the bowlers’ list, Aussie pacer Pat Cummins dislodged South African Kagiso Rabada to grab the top spot. James Anderson is second in the last followed by Rabada in third. Rabindra Jadeja is fifth in the bowlers’ list and is also placed third in the list of all-rounders.
