Guwahati: A 36-day-old baby in Maharashtra has emerged a winner in the battle against the novel coronavirus. The baby, who tested positive for Covid-19, has recovered from the new virus.
In a special gesture, the doctors and nurses gave a big round of applause to the little baby and the mother at Sion Hospital, Mumbai.
The official Twitter handle of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra shared a video of the moment.
“For people of Maharashtra, age is no bar when it comes to putting up a fight. 36-day-old baby recovered from Covid-19 at Sion Hospital in Mumbai. Kudos to the team of doctors, nurses & ward boys,” the caption of the tweet read.
Maharashtra Tourism Minister Aaditya Thackeray also retweeted the video with several clap emojis in the caption.
