GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma is in lower Assam’s Kokrajhar district to campaign for upcoming Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections.
On his arrival at Salakati, the minister was given a grand welcome by the local residents.

I am grateful for the warm welcome of the people of Salakati. Thanking everyone,” Dr. Sarma said in a social media post.
From Salakati, he headed towards Fakiragram where minister Sarma will address a public meeting.
