GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma congratulated Mangaldoi MP Dilip Saikia on being appointed as national general secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Saikia was inducted to the team announced by BJP national president JP Nadda on Saturday.
