GUWAHATI: According to the National Weather Forecasting Centre, heavy rainfall is expected in Assam from 30th April to 2nd May 2021.
The Indian Meteorological Department’s analysis states that the weather in the state is going to remain almost the same till 3rd May 2021.
Thunderstorm and rainfall are expected in isolated areas in Assam and Meghalaya till 2nd May. On 29th and 30th April, thunderstorm with lightning, hail & squall (speed reaching 50-60 kmph) is likely to occur at isolated places over Assam and Meghalaya.
