GUWAHATI: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has summoned Professor Arupjyoti Saikia twice in two days for questioning. Saikia has been asked to be present at NIA’s Sonapur office today. This is his second round of questioning by the NIA.
Earlier on Saturday NIA officials quizzed him for more than four hours.
Arupjyoti Saikia a faculty member of Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is being questioned for his involvement in the violence during Anti-CAA agitation in Guwahati.
