Guwahati: A team of Assam’s transport department carried out a raid at Rapido office at Jonali in Guwahati.
As per reports, Rapido was asked many times to stop services in the city. But the bike taxi application was allegedly running its services without any due permission from the transport depart.
All bike-taxi companies offering services in Assam will face the same strict action.
Meanwhile, Transport department has filed an FIR in the local Police Station and ordered Rapido to stop their services in Assam.
