GUWAHATI: A massive fire broke out in Basistha’s Bakrapara area of Guwahati on Friday morning. The fire broke out at Shyamal Saha’s residence and the cause of the fire is suspected to be a cylinder blast.
More than five houses were gutted in fire, said sources.
Meanwhile, fire tenders arrived on the spot and immediately doused the fire.
