GUWAHATI: Assam chief minister (CM) Sarbananda Sonowal on Thursday inaugurated the newly constructed building of the Panbazar Police Staion in Guwahati. The new building with modern infrastructure has been constructed under the MOITRI scheme.
Sonowal expressed his hope that the modernised infrastructure would ensure people friendly services.
In his speech, the chief minister hailed the Assam Police personnel who lost their lives to Coronavirus infection. He also thanked the recovered personnel for donating plasma.
The CM conveyed his gratitude to the law enforcement agency for their dedicated service to the people during the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
