GUWAHATI: Following a grenade explosion at Digboi in upper Assam’s Tinsukia district, chief minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma asked the director general of police Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta to take stern action to nab the culprits.

A man was killed in the grenade explosion at around 1 p.m on Friday at Tingrai Market of Digboi. Three other persons were also injured in the blast.
