GUWAHATI: Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal has launched ‘COVAAS’, a mobile application for all the COVID19 related issues in Assam. The application developed by National Informatics Centre(NIC) is a one-stop app for any COVID19 related information and help.
The mobile application which is available on Google Play Store incorporates application of lockdown epass, 104 helpline, live help desk, contact numbers of district nodal officers, link for joining as a volunteer, link for donation to CM/PM relief funds, government advisories, travelling advisories and many COVID19 related issues.
It also keeps updating the number of total COVID19 affected people in the state.
