GUWAHATI: Good news for those between the age group of 18 and 44 years in Assam who had taken their first dose of COVAXIN vaccine and were eagerly waiting for their second dose. According to Assam Health Department, they can now take their second dose of COVAXIN vaccine on 12, 13 and 14 June at the same centres where they got their first jab.
This order is for those who had taken their COVAXIN first dose till 7 May, 2021.
The order issued by Assam Health Department will be applicable for the whole of the state.
