GUWAHATI: All the employees of MV Mahabahu cruise have tested negative for Coronavirus.
The American tourist who was detected with Coronavirus in Bhutan travelled on the cruise ship for seven days. Medical tests of all the 29 employees were done by a team of doctors in Jorhat on Saturday.
The negative results have been confirmed by the doctors today. The results have come out as a major relief for the people of Assam as the tourist visited several places of the state.
Meanwhile, Kaziranga National Park authority arranged medical check-up for 12 Mahouts as the US citizen along with his partner visited the park on February 28. They also undertook elephant safari in the park.
On the other hand, Hotel Radisson Blu sealed off their 2nd floor where the foreign nationals stayed for one night.
