GUWAHATI: Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) president and former chief of Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) Hagrama Mohilary alleged that there is a conspiracy to destroy his party. After attending a closed-door party meeting at Barama on Monday, Mohilary alleged that there is an attempt to ruin the BPF.
He also demanded to conduct BTC elections before October 27. Mohilary alleged that the development works of the region have been obstructed due to the governor’s rule. He also termed the naming of the Bodoland Territorial Area District (BTAD) to the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR) as illegal.
