GUWAHATI: Unidentified miscreants attacked convoy of United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) president Pramod Boro at Noygaon near Kokrajhar. Boro escaped unhurt in the attack that took place on Wednesday evening, a day before the second phase of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections.
According to reports, five vehicles of the convoy, including Boro’s bullet-proof car were damaged in the attack.
The incident has created sensation in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
