GUWAHATI: The barber shops, beauty parlours will remain shut during the third phase of COVID-19 lockdown in Assam. Addressing a press meet in Guwahati, Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said that barber shops, salons, beauty parlours will have to keep their shutter down during this period.
