Assam skipper Riyan Parag slam 87-ball 155 against Chhattisgarh in Ranji Trophy

Assam Skipper Riyan Parag slammed a stunning 56-ball hundred in his first game of the Ranji Trophy season.

Parag’s hit his century in the second innings vs Chhattisgarh after his team was followed-on by the Amandeep Khare side.

Parag was the lone warrior in the Assam team as the captain hit 11 fours and 12 sixes in his 87-ball innings where he scored 155 runs.

The second-highest score from Assam was 39, made by Rahul Hazarika. Parag’s stand came when Assam were crumbling around him, losing wickets in regular intervals. The captain of Assam helped the side reach a 254-run total in the second innings, allowing them to set a target of 87 runs against Chhattisgarh.
