GUWAHATI: Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) is gearing up to declare HSLC results amid COVID-19 lockdown. According to reports SEBA has already evaluated all the scripts of the HSLC examinations.
SEBA chairman Ramesh Chand Jain informed media persons that the board has been making all the preparations so that it can declare the results when lockdown is over. He stated that the HSLC results will be declared within May or in the first week of June. Jain informed that answer scripts are being collected from different districts of the state.
Though the SEBA is fully prepared to declare the results, it will depend on the duration of the lockdown.
On the other hand, Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has already promoted HS first year students to HS second year without examinations.
