GUWAHATI: “The Assam government is ready to combat Coronavirus under the leadership of Sarbananda Sonowal and Himanta Biswa Sarma,” said Assam minister of state for health and family welfare Pijush Hazarika.
Appealing the people to become aware of Coronavirus and maintain personal hygiene, Hazarika said, “We are fortunate that no one has been tested positive with Coronavirus in Assam. But since it is a virus, it can spread to everywhere. Therefore we all should remain careful.”
“Fever, cough and respiratory problems are the symptoms of this disease. If anyone is facing these issues, please visit nearest health centre,” minister Hazarika requested the citizens.
He also asked the people to maintain hygiene to avoid the deadly disease.
