Guwahati: Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma today laid the foundation stone of 938 m-long flyover at Dibrugarh.
The flyover is to be constructed under SOPD (G) 2019-20.It will link Convoy Road, Dibrugarh to NH-37.
Taking to Twitter CM Sarma wrote, “Laid the foundation stone of 938 m-long flyover, to be constructed under SOPD (G) 2019-20. It will link Convoy Road, #Dibrugarh to NH-37. The Rs 49.21 cr project will ensure smooth transportation facilities in the district. It’ll be completed within 2.5 yrs.”

CM Sarma also visited the residence of noted tea planter and philanthropist Mahadeo Jalan and paid rich tributes who passed away recently at North Jalannagar.
