GUWAHATI: Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Monday inaugurated the 5th edition of North East Green Summit 2020 at the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Guwahati. Union Minister Rameshwar Teli, Minister Chandra Mohan Patowary were also present in the inaugural event.
