Assam CM congratulates all #ExamWarriors on performing well in HSLC examination

Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday congratulated the students who have passed the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) class 10 examinations.

He also asked the students who aren’t happy with their results to remember that one exam cannot make or break their careers and they should work hard.

Taking To Twitter CM Sarma wrote, “Congratulations to all #ExamWarriors who performed well. For those unhappy, remember~ One exam cannot make or break your career. Success is a result of perseverance & hard work. See your result as a beginning & not the end. You have miles to go, this is only a tiny step forward.”

Earlier in the morning, the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) declared the results for the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams for the year 2023.

The total pass percentage in the state has been recorded at 72.69 percent

Around 4,15,324 candidates appeared in the board examination. Of the total, 94,913 students secured first division, 1,48,573 students got second division and 58,394 students got third division.

While 18,653 students received star marks, 8,517 students bagged distinction marks in the examinations.

61 students have secured positions in the top ten ranks of the Assam HSLC 10th results that were announced today on Monday.
