Guwahati: In a tragic incident two youths were killed in a bike accident at Gumgaon near Bhairabkund picnic site in Udalguri district of Assam on Sunday evening.
According to reports, the duo was returning from a picnic party when the rider lost control and they fell in a ditch, killing both the rider and pillion on spot.
The deceased have been identified as Dipankar Baglari and Pritam Jyoti Das of Nalbari village in Udalguri district.

“They were returning from Bhairabkunda picnic spot on a bike but suddenly the rider lost control and the bike fell in a ditch. Both of them died on the spot. The locals informed us and we immediately reached the spot and recovered their bodies,” said an Assam Police official.
