Bongaigaon-based astrologer Dipul Das alias John has been conferred with Asom Jyotish Ratna Award-2021.
Arohan Artist Guild presented the award to Das at a function held at Kumar Bhaskar Natya Mandir in Guwahati on Wednesday.
Das who hails from Srijangram in Bongaigaon district expressed his happiness over the recognition of his service as an astrologer.
