After Goalpara, now ISIS-like flags recovered at Belsor in Nalbari

Two days after six flags resembling that of global terror outfit Islamic State (ISIS) were flown at Golapara town in Assam, another ISIS-like flags were found wrapped to a tree trunk at Koihati in Belsor in Nalbari district of the State.

The black flag with Arabic inscriptions and ‘Join in ISIS’ written on it in English was found pinned to a tree adjacent to the highway.

People saw the flag and informed police who later took it away. Cops are investigating whether the flag resembling the Islamic terrorist organization was wrapped to the tree trunk by jehadi outfits or whether it’s a prank by mischief mongers to create panic among the people.

Incidentally, six black ISIS-like flags with ‘IS Ne’ written across it along with some Arabic inscriptions were hoisted at the old court building situated very close to Golapara Town Police out-post on Wednesday.
