The university understands how we are all undergoing unprecedented times where our biggest priorities are to ease our anxieties and promote mental wellbeing. Students who are at the juncture of finishing one phase of education and getting into the next are truly at crossroads. To address their concerns and handhold them, so that they do not end up selecting a wrong path in career, Adamas has come up with a unique initiative – ‘Each One Reach One’. The objective of this initiative is to inspire, motivate, counsel and educate the students who are facing challenges with the current education system. Usage of technology will be rampant to execute this initiative.

A task force formed with a mix of academicians and students will reach out to students who are in Class XII and are confused about their path ahead and guide them through counselling, webinars and virtual seminars. In this process Adamas University will not only help them to take the right decision about their future but also guide them about career options by supporting them mentally to fight agony and depression in this time of uncertainty.
