GUWAHATI: North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor and Assam cabinet minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday was seen riding a scooter at Bhairubkunda in Udalgrui district of Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR). Sarma took part in a bike rally brought out by the BJP workers in the run up to Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections.
Dr. Sarma also attended multiple public meetings in the district. He was accompanied by BJP national general secretary, Mangaldoi MP Dilip Saikia and Tezpur MP Pallab Lochan Das.
