GUWAHATI: On the occasion of Assam Police Day on October 1, it has organised online essay and yoga competition for students. The Competition is divided into seniors and juniors divisions. Junior division includes all the students from Class VIII to Class X. Senior division includes all the students from Class XI till graduation final year.
The topic for the essay competition is—“Your views on Assam Police in terms of sensitivity and efficiency and your suggestions to improve on the gaps.”
For the yoga competition each participant will have to choose any of the four asanas—Sarvangasana, Ushtrasana, Bhujangasana, Vrikshasana and shoot a video up to 1 minute.
The epaticipants have been asked to submit their entries at assampoliceday.org. The last date of submission is September 26.
The prizes include—Rs. 10 thousand for winner, 9 thousand for first runner up, 8 thousand for second runner up and Rs. 5 thousand each as a consolation prize.
