GUWAHATI: Fourteen more COVID-19 patients in Assam succumbed to their infection on Wednesday. With these, the death count in the state rose to 274.
Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma condoled the demise of the patients and prayed for their eternal peace.
“My condolences to bereaved family and friends ?,” Dr. Sarma expressed his grief in a tweet.
Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also shared the details of the COVID-19 victims on Twitter.
