Guwahati: Assam Chief Secretary Kumar Sanjay Krishna on Saturday announced at a press meet that curfew would come into force from 6 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday in Kamrup Metro of Assam to prevent COVID-19 pandemic.
However, no movement of individuals shall be allowed on Saturday and Sunday at any time.
After a strict 14 day lockdown in Kamup Metro, the city from Monday will limp back to normalcy with some guidelines provided by the Assam Government.
