GUWAHATI: The names of the four patients tested COVID-19 positive at Silchar in Cachar district on Thursday are—Sahabuddin Shadiul, Rajuuddin Shadiul Baby Begum Shadiul and Sabia Begum Shadiul. The four patients were the part of the pilgrims who went to Ajmer Sharif Dargah in Rajasthan from Silchar on March 16, informed Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The bus carrying the pilgrims started journey to Assam on May 2 and arrived in Silchar May 6.The four patients are now being treated at Silchar Medical College and Hospital.
