GUWAHATI: Tripura has reported one more COVID19 positive case on Friday taking the total number 2.
According to a tweet of Tripura chief minister Biplab Kumar Deb the patient is a 32-year old man from Madhya Pradesh and currently staying at Damcherra in Tripura. The patient travelled with the last COVID19 patient in the train.

Earlier, Gitarani Karmakar, a 45-year old woman from Udaipur tested COVID19 positive. The woman also visited Guwahati and prayed at Kamakhay Devalaya. Hotel Sukhmani where Karmakar stayed has been sealed by the Kamrup (Metro) district authority.
Though Assam health department arranged tests for 21 people from Guwahati who came into contact with the woman, all of them have tested negative for COVID19.
