GUWAHATI: Assam’s popular singer Zubeen Garg has been released today from Nemcare Hospital in Guwahati where he was being treated.
Zubeen was admitted to the hospital after he collapsed during an event at Guwahati Town Club on February 27.
Fans and well-wishers gathered at the hospital when the popular singer turned actor was released.
“Since he will not take rest if he stays in Guwahati. So he is going to Mumbai as he needs a long rest. There is nothing to worry. He is quite well,” said a close confederate of Zubeen Garg.
“We will miss Zubeen da. We used to come early because of him. We will miss him,” said another employee of Nemcare Hospital.
