Guwahati: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen who is presently at Assam’s Kaziranga national Park to shoot a documentary on Rhino conservation, shared a picture with a woman plucking tea leaves.
Pieterson took his official twitter handle to share a photo with a woman plucking tea leaves and his post read: “Women of India who are so inspiring!”

Olympic silver medalist and former union sports minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore took note of Pietersen’s remarks and hailed the women of the country. He also took his official twitter handle to express his thoughts.

As Rathore wrote the message in Hindi, Pietersen requested for it to be translated and few social media users helped him with it.
